All orders will be process within 72-hours after payments have been received. Product will ship within 4-7 days via Parcel Post. Shipping times are based on order approval. Most online orders are approved, activated and shipped within 4-7 business days. In some cases, an order may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. If this should occur, we will contact you immediately via e-mail and/or phone. NOTE: When you place your order, be sure to provide an e-mail address that you check regularly. NVD will contact you if the need should arise. We cannot guarantee weekend delivery. Delivery will not be made on certain holidays including Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Your package will be delivered on the next regular shipping day following the holiday. All items are carefully inspected and wrapped carefully before shipping, to avoid any defects. If you should have a defect, please contact NVD concerning any returns. Returns and/or exchanges will be done within 30 days of purchase; items must be returned in the same condition as received. If you should have a return, you will be issued a store credit which can be used towards another purchase. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. No shipping costs will be paid or refunded. NVD will try to accommodate any situation, in the best way possible. For all apparel, please view the measurement guides and select your items carefully.
